With Rendezyou, you simply use events from your built-in iCal application to suggest some time slots and let your friends vote on them.

After you create a rendezyou: Optionally …

Announce one of the suggestions as final

When you feel that enough of your friends have cast their vote, you can choose one of the suggestions (here's an idea—go for the one with the most "OK" votes) as the final one and let everybody know about it – all with just one click.

Subscribe to your personal Rendezyou calendar

It contains all suggestions you ever made or got invited to. Whenever a suggestion is established as final for a given rendezyou, the other suggestions are removed to keep your calendar blissfully uncluttered.

Invite your non-Mac friends

People you invite only need a web browser! Your friends get an e-mail with a link to your rendezyou's web page, where they vote on your suggestions.

Outlook, Sunbird/Lightning support

Everybody can benefit from Rendezyou by subscribing (or importing) their rendezyous into their favorite calendar application*). You only need iCal for creating rendezyous with the drag-and-drop Rendezyou client.

*) Note that we had to suspend support for Google Calendar in version 0.5; we're working on it!
